Whether you’re working with a chiro or physio to recover from injury, training for a sporting event, or struggling with day to day niggles, Jess brings her knowledge of the benefits of massage to deliver treatments that aim to improve muscular imbalances, increase range of movement, reduce pain and relax both body and mind. Combining deep tissue massage techniques with more targeted techniques such as Soft Tissue Release, Post Isometric Relaxation, Assisted Stretching, Trigger Point Release and Myofascial Release, Jess works with her clients to optimise their physical performance and recovery. Alongside her qualifications in sports massage (L4 ITEC, St Mary’s University), Jess brings an appreciation for the challenges of balancing work, life and personal wellbeing, having spent the first 20+ years of her working life leading high performance teams in the professional services sector. Following her own experience with post injury rehab, Jess took the decision to leave the corporate world to pursue a more personally fulfilling career in an area that had long been a background interest.

Jess’ clients range from personal trainers to cross fit enthusiasts, from Ironman athletes and marathon runners to “couch to 5K” runners at the start of their running career and from keen golfers to weekend football enthusiasts - almost all of whom also struggle with day to day aches and pains as a result of long hours spent at a desk or looking at a screen.

Recently, Jess had the privilege of being one of the massage therapists working with Cirque du Soleil for the Royal Albert Hall dates of their Corteo world tour - clients included acrobats, gymnasts, musicians and production crew from all over the world.

Outside of work, Jess is a keen skier, and runner, having completed 12 half marathons since 2018, though is favouring shorter distances since rupturing her ACL… she can often be found chasing her kids round the local parkrun course. She is a self confessed Peloton nerd and a budding Padel enthusiast.
